180-Day “No Questions Asked” Refund Policy

We offer a 180-day money-back guarantee for the following course formats:

• Live Online Lessons (via Zoom): All courses that include live, instructor-led sessions conducted over Zoom.

• Day-to-Day Payment Structures: Any course paid for on a recurring or installment basis.

If you are not satisfied for any reason, you are eligible for a full refund within 180 calendar days from your initial date of purchase. To request a refund, please contact our support team with your enrollment details.
 

Courses with Downloadable Materials

For courses that are primarily composed of pre-recorded, downloadable content (“Downloadable” or “Video Only” formats), refunds are handled as follows:

• A full refund can be requested within 30 days of purchase, provided that no more than 25% of the course materials have been downloaded or viewed.

• After 30 days, or if more than 25% of the content has been accessed, we cannot offer a refund for these formats.
